Super Eagles player Kayode Olarenwaju petitioned in the FCT Federal High Court to end his marriage with his wife, Ezinne.
He told the court that his marriage with estranged wife Ezinne had broken down beyond reconciliation.
Moreover, Turkey-based player Kayode urged the court to grant him custody of his children.
He demanded a N1 billion fine from UK pastor Tobi Adegboyega for trauma from his illicit affair with Ezinne.
The estranged couple have been at each other, throwing accusations of infidelity and other unresolved issues.

She also said Kayode tried all he could to force her out of their home. He accused her of witchcraft and infidelity.
She alleged that her husband forcefully took her iPhone 15 Pro Max and smashed it beyond repair.
However, Kayode, in his cross-petition on July 1, 2024, accused his wife of committing adultery with several men, including Pastor Tobi.
Moreover, Ezinne is the respondent, and pastor Tobi is the co-respondent in Kayode cross-petition.
Super Eagles player Kayode claimed that Ezinne held their children hostage. However, the Department of State Services intervened to rescue them.
Moreover, the DSS tracked the whereabouts of Ezinne and found her at Brains and Hammers Estate in Abuja.
The DSS arrested Ezinne and later released her on bail.
