The British Hall of Fame on September 26, 2024, honored the late Michael Mosley with the British Podcast Award.
Dr. Claire Bailey on behalf of her deceased husband, Michael Mosley received the British Podcast Award.
Michael Mosley presented the BBC Radio 4 podcast, Just One Thing. Michael Mosley’s podcast “Just One Thing” explored a wide range of topics on health.
Some of his popular topics include the benefits of taking a cold shower and how to boost brain power.
Mosley authored the book “The Fast Diet” and presented the BBC show “Trust Me, I’m a Doctor.”
Mosley met his demise while on a summer holiday with his wife Claire on Greek Island in June 2024.
On accepting the British Podcast Award, Claire said she wished Michael was alive to collect the award.
She added that Michael was great with words and hoped she did justice with her acceptance speech.
Claire Mosley noted that her late husband connected with Michael people through the BBC Radio 4 podcast “Just One Thing.”
She added that Michael Mosley enjoyed helping people through the podcast.

Michael’s widow said people connected with Mosley simply because they saw him as a kindhearted fellow.
Moreover, Claire thanked all those who sent their goodwill messages at Mosley’s demise.
She added that the outpour of love from well-wishers comforted her family a great deal.
Claire thanked the BBC Sounds team for their contribution to Mosley’s success.
Additionally, Claire said spending time with loved ones is important because life is short.
Meanwhile, BBC was awarded 12 out of 28 British Hall of Fame Awards.
Jordan Dunbar received the Best True Crime and the Best Documentary Award, and Marianna Spring won the Best Host Award.
